The UTRGV Colleges of Sciences and Engineering, and the Office of Global Engagement hosted the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between The Instituto Tecnologico de Matamoros, Mexico and UTRGV. This Agreement of Cooperation will promote opportunities for students, faculty, and staff member of both institutions to work together through academic and research exchanges.

Brownsville- La Universidad de Texas Río Grande del Valle (UTRGV) y el Instituto Tecnológico de Matamorosfirmaron un acuerdo de cooperación (MOU) para impulsar oportunidades de intercambio académico y de investigación.
El Memorando de Entendimiento tiene como objetivo promover oportunidades para que los estudiantes, profesores y miembros del personal de ambas instituciones trabajen juntos a través de intercambios académicos y de investigación.
